- Delivery times will be 24/48 hours on working days, for orders placed before 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday.
- For orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays, shipments will be made from the next business day.
- We work to provide the best service but in holiday periods and sales or promotions, delivery times may suffer delays.
- All items are subject to the availability of our online store. In the case of not being able to send you a product, we will reserve the right to notify you by email, offering you similar items. If you do not wish to place / change the order for a substitute items, we will refund you the amount of the item that we cannot ship to you.
- It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once the order has been dispatched and you must wait to receive it for its exchange or return.
For hygiene and health reasons, there are restrictions on returns of intimate products, such as: briefs, pantyhose, lower parts of the reducing / shaping collection.
Swimsuits and Bikinis. The swimwear will arrive in your order with a hygienic safety sticker, so that you can try them on without the fabric coming into direct contact with the skin. In case of being returned, this product cannot be returned without this hygiene sticker.
All products must be returned within a period of 14 days from receipt of the order and the return must be made with the same packaging, the units included in the indivisible packs and all the original parts.

Indicate the email from which you made the purchase, the order number and the date you placed the order. You can find all the information in the confirmation email we sent you.

- Select the reason for your return. It will help us to improve!
- If you have indications or something else that you would like to transmit to us, you can write it in the enabled area for messages.
- We will receive your return request and once confirmed you will receive the the instructions so that the courier can pick up the package at the indicated address or the postal label to be able to deposit it at the office.
Once the package is received in our warehouses, you will receive the refund in a period not exceeding 7 days.

In the event that there is doubt about the status in which the return is being made, the criteria of YSABEL MORA's specialized personnel will always prevail, after inspection and verification of the item, in order to guarantee that fraudulent returns of products that have been used or are in poor condition are not made.
