General conditions
This document establishes the conditions that apply to sales between the people who want to make a purchase on this website, whom we will call "the customer", of AIMSA GRUPO TEXTIL, S.L. (hereinafter YSABEL MORA).
Making use of this website or the customer's purchase request constitutes acceptance of the purchase conditions and our Data Protection policy, which the customer must consult and accept prior to purchasing the product. These purchase conditions may vary. It is the customer's responsibility to read them periodically, as they will be applied at the time of purchase. 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The user declares to know, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated in the file of each product (duration, price, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without any reservation. The placing of the order and the confirmation of the user makes him a client and implies full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order, as well as the acceptance of the rest of the legal documents published both on the web, in the conditions of use and in the privacy policy.
2. PURCHASE PROCESSES
To acquire the products offered, the following steps must be followed:

Start of the purchase process: to start the purchase process, press the "Finish Purchase" button. You can make the purchase as a guest or as a registered user. In the event that you are not registered as a User or have not logged in as such, you will be previously asked to enter your data.
Verification of the purchase data: Before selecting the payment method, you will be able to verify the data of your purchase and correct any error produced in the data entry. Once you have verified your details, confirm your order.
Selecting the payment method: Select the payment method you prefer and press the "Place Order" button. At that time, the system will redirect you to the chosen payment system where you must provide all the necessary data for said payment method. This will be the only time that you will be asked for this information.
As soon as you provide all the necessary data and press the purchase confirmation button, the contract will be perfected for all purposes.
Purchase confirmation: Once we receive your acceptance, YSABEL MORA will issue a confirmation on the screen that you can file and that will contain the following information:
Order number.
Order date.
Summary of the products that are included in the purchase.
Price and discounts applied.
Approximate delivery times.

3. PRODUCT SHEET AND INFORMATION SUPPLIED
The information displayed on the web is true and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type occurs, at all times beyond the control of YSABEL MORA, it will be corrected immediately.
4. LANGUAGES FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PRODUCTS
Purchases made by customers will be understood to be linked only in Spanish.
5. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
To formalize the purchase, the user may use any of the payment methods that are offered in each case when placing the order. In particular, the payment of the products can be made using:

6. PRICE
All prices are indicated by default in euros. The indicated price includes the taxes applicable to the transaction.
7. RECEPTION OF PRODUCTS
Upon receiving the products, the customer agrees to sign the receipt sheet presented by the person who makes the delivery, in which he / she may include all the observations he / she considers necessary. By signing the receipt sheet, the customer acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated. If the client observes damaged products or the lack of products, he must make a claim by e-mail to wecare@ysabelmora.es within a maximum period of 24 hours to be able to report the insurance of the transport company. Without limiting it to the right of guarantee and conformity of the product described in section nine.
8. SHIPPING DEADLINES AND COSTS
YSABEL MORA only makes deliveries in mainland Spain & Portugal and the Balearic Islands. In the event that you wish to receive the products in other territories, please contact us by e-mail at wecare@ysabelmora.es.
Delivery times will vary depending on the availability of the selected products and the address to which the shipment will be made, but on average the products will be delivered within a period of 24 to 72 hours from when the purchase was completed.
The shipping costs will be shown individually in each purchase process, since the quantity and variety of products added to the shopping cart influence both the final amount and the weight of the transport. Currently our shipping costs are as follows:

Once we send you the shipping confirmation, you will have all the data about the shipment, tracking number and transport agency data, so you can track the order, through the web, phone, chat or by contacting the agency or through the web platform that our agency makes available to you, in order to be informed or in the case of inability to be at the shipping address to change the address or delivery date.
In the event that the agency cannot deliver the package due to absence at the address provided, they will contact you or try to locate you by phone, text message or email, to agree on another delivery date or place.
The package will be deemed delivered when the client, or a third party acting on their behalf, takes possession of the package, which will be credited by signing upon receipt of the package.
It is up to the customer to verify that their data is correct, in order to avoid incidents in the delivery of the package, particularly, in the address and contact information such as telephone and email to be able to locate you correctly.
YSABEL MORA will keep the client informed by mail or phone call of any incident that may arise, in order to solve it as soon as possible and in the event of not being able to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the order with a new delivery date or cancel with the full refund of the price paid. If this happens due to a misinformation in the delivery data or due to the absence of the client in the delivery address, it will always be the responsibility of the client and never of the transport agency or YSABEL MORA.
Finally, We have to stand out that certain situations may occur, beyond YSABEL MORA's control, that cause delays in the delivery of orders, for example, by way of example, states of alarm, confinement orders, force majeure situations (such as earthquakes, and floods), transport strike that delays, prevents or causes the supply to suffer an incident or due to the volume of work in transport agencies on specified dates.
If several products have been requested at the same time, YSABEL MORA may deliver the different items that make up the shopping cart on different dates, depending on the availability of each one.
9. WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCTS
All products have a warranty period of two (2) years from the date of delivery, under the terms and conditions disposed in consumer regulations.
Likewise, it will be understood that the products comply with the conditions of this document as long as:
a) They conform to the description made and possess the qualities of the product that YSABEL MORA has presented to the consumer in the form of a sample or model.
b) Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
c) They are suitable for any special use required by the consumer when it has been made known to YSABEL MORA at the time of the contract, provided that YSABEL MORA has admitted that the product is suitable for such use.
d) Present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product and, where appropriate, the public statements about the specific characteristics of the products made by YSABEL MORA, particularly in advertising or labeling. YSABEL MORA will not be bound by such public statements if it demonstrates that it was unaware and could not reasonably be expected to be aware of the statement in question, that such statement had been corrected at the time of conclusion of the contract or that such statement could not influence the decision to buy the product.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
As a general rule, any client has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. In any case, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the product be returned in its original packaging, and all its components, since otherwise the property could suffer a depreciation or breakage. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport. However, from all the foregoing considerations, the right of withdrawal is excluded in those cases in which health and hygiene are put at risk that have been unsealed in accordance with the provisions of art. 103 e) of the Consumers and Users Consumers' Text.
Nor will it be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the event of unsealing indivisible packages and / or the partial return of the products purchased is intended as in accordance with the provisions of art. 103 a) of the Consumers and Users Text will be understood as the execution of the contract regulated in these conditions.
For health and hygiene reasons, no changes or returns are allowed for the following products in the withdrawal policy:
Women briefs, thongs and culottes (individual or in pack), products from the reducing line, Men briefs, boxer briefs, bra accessories, adhesive cups, cosmetics or perfumes, socks and stockings except for those that are defective or have defects.
Footwear and shoe articles only allow changes, returns and withdrawals as long as they are presented in their original box and properly packed.
All products that are to be exchanged or returned must keep the original label and be properly packaged.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and reconditioning of the goods.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is enough for the customer to enter his user area and select the product he wishes to return and complete the return process or send a communication with the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal to the mail wecare @ ysabelmora. it is.
In any case, the customer will return the products subject to withdrawal without any undue delay within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw. YSABEL MORA will bear the direct costs of the first change or return.
For its part, the refund of the amount corresponding to the withdrawal will be made within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the Contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated and provided that the Seller has previously received the product. Otherwise, the disbursement may be withheld until the receipt of the product or until the Consumer / User accredits its return.
After analyzing the returned product / s and verifying their status, the amounts received will be returned. Said refund will include the total amount of the purchase, including, where appropriate, delivery costs and will be made using the same means of payment with which the product had been purchased.
11. DELIVERY AND REPLACEMENT OF WRONG PRODUCTS
Although we will always try to make sure your orders are correct, in the event that YSABEL MORA makes a mistake in the supply of the selected works, we will always take care of the expenses that this causes to collect and replace the correct article (s).
12. REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID
The reimbursement, where appropriate, will be made through the means of payment that was used for the purchase.
Shipping costs applied to the order will not be refunded.
13. INFORMATION REQUESTED
In accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, we inform you that the personal data that you provide us through our website or by sending emails, direct messages or SMS's will be processed by AIMSA GRUPO TEXTIL, S.L. as responsible for the treatment to be able to carry out the requested transactions, as well as receive periodic notifications through electronic means. The legitimacy of the treatment resides in the provision of the requested services. 14. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. SUBMISSION TO FORCES
The sale is understood to have been carried out in Spanish territory, so that for any interpretative or litigious questions that may arise, Spanish legislation will apply and, in case of controversy, both parties agree to submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
