What is #Ymleclub?
#YMleclub is the loyalty programme for Ysabel Mora customers. As a member of the club, you can earn points for actions or purchases that can be exchanged for discounts and benefits.
Can I use the loyalty program in your point of sale?
Yes, the benefits of the club are available both on our website and in our physical store in the C.C. Bonaire, where you can earn, redeem and make use of the points in either of the two modalities.
What are the #YMLeclub tiers?
The club has 3 tiers:
- Basic tier, for new members or members who spend less than €120 per year.
- Fan tier, for members who spend more than €120 and less than €200 per year.
- Lover tier, for members who spend more than €200 per year.

What is the value of each point?
To be able to exchange your points for discounts you will have to reach the amounts indicated for each coupon:
- 600 pts= 3€ discount
- 700 pts= free shipping
- 1000 pts= 5€ discount...
Do the points accumulated in my account expire?
Can I use the points on Black Friday, sales or promotions?
Yes, unless otherwise specified. Please note that promotions that work with discount codes cannot be combined with loyalty programme point redemption codes.
Codes obtained by redeeming loyalty programme points cannot be combined with any other discount code.
Do I lose my points if I make a return?
Yes, when you make a return of the entire order, the points earned for that purchase will automatically be subtracted from your account.
When the return is partial, the points earned on the purchase will be subtracted from your account for the returned items.
Do I lose my vouchers if I return an order where I have used them?
Yes, if you have used loyalty club vouchers on an order that has been returned, you will lose the vouchers used on that order.
If the order is partially refunded you will also lose the vouchers used.
How do refunds work when I have placed an order with club coupons?
How can I receive the birthday gift?
To benefit from the gift on your birthday, you have to enter your date of birth in your customer account.
You will automatically receive the gift points on your birthday so you can enjoy them.
