Shipping Spain mainland, Balearic Islands and Continental Portugal:

  • Shipping 24/48 hours with a cost of 3,95€. We apply free shipping from a minimum purchase that you can consult in the top bar.

* We do not ship to Portuguese Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.

Shipping Italy

  • Shipping 3-5 days with a cost of 5,95€. We apply free shipping from a minimum purchase that you can check on the top bar.

* We do not ship to the Italian Islands.

Shipping France

  • Shipping 3-5 days with a cost of 5,95€. We apply free shipping from a minimum purchase that you can check on the top bar.

Delivery times may be affected in sales season, holiday periods or special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc..

Delivery times are estimated in working days. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

All items are subject to the availability of our online store. In the event that we are unable to ship any product, we reserve the right to notify you by phone call or email, offering you similar items. If you do not wish to place an order for such substitute items, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the item we are unable to ship.

It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once the order has been shipped and you must wait until you receive it to return it.

          Returns

          *We have extended our return period. All orders placed from 1 November 2023 can be returned until 8 January 2024*.

          For hygiene and health reasons there are restrictions on returns of intimate product, such as:

          • Briefs.
          • Briefs.
          • Panties.
          • Bodies (reducing and non-reducing).
          • Bottoms of the slimming/shaping collection.
          • Nursing bras and nursing nightgowns.

          Swimwear and Bikinis. Swimwear will arrive in your order with a hygienic safety sticker, so you can try them on without the fabric coming into direct contact with your skin. If returned, this product cannot be returned without this hygiene sticker.

          No return available for Advent Calendars.

          They must be returned with the same packaging, the units included in the indivisible packs and all the original parts.

          The first return you make for each order is free of charge, Ysabel Mora will pay the return shipping costs! In case you need to return more products of the same order, this second return will be at your expense, choosing the transport company you prefer to manage it. Contact our Customer Service team for more information.

          In exceptional holidays the return period may be extended.

          Please indicate the email from which you made the purchase, the order number and the date you placed the order. You can find all the information in the confirmation email we send you.

          RETURNS FROM SPAIN

          • Your return request will be accepted within 24h/48h. In order to complete it correctly, you will have to deposit the package at the post office. You will receive an e-mail with the return label, which you can attach to the package and return it to your nearest post office.

          Once we receive the package in our warehouse you will receive the refund in a period not exceeding 7 days.

          In case there is any doubt about the state in which the return is made, the criteria of YSABEL MORA's specialized staff will always prevail, after inspection and verification of the item, in order to ensure that no fraudulent returns of products that have been used or in poor condition are made.
