LEGALTERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PRIZE DRAW

THE COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION, the Company AIMSA GRUPO TEXTIL SL
domiciled in CALLE RONDA SEQUIA DE MESESES 3, XATIVA and with tax ID number
B96953765 is organising a prize draw for customers of the ITALIA, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, WORLDWIDE market, to be
held over the Internet, exclusively for users resident in ITALIA, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, WORLWIDE pursuant to the
provisions of the participation requirements section. The purpose of this prize
draw is to reward collaboration in obtaining information about the brand.

START DATE AND END DATE

The
prize draw will start on 29-03-2023 at 00:00, and will
end on 20-04-2023 at 23:59.

3.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION PROCEDURE

Professional
customers who want to take part in this promotion can participate regardless of
the number of orders they place, and only one participation per customer is
allowed, for intervention in a single point of sale and market.

4.
PRIZES OF THE PRIZE DRAW

The
winner will be chosen randomly using the WWW.SORTEA2.COM platform. The winner will be notified on 21-04-2023 by a direct email sent
by the brand to the winner, along with the certificate of validity of the prize
draw. The prize includes promotional material of the brand Ysabel Mora for a
total amount of 300 euros.

The
prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be swapped or
altered.

5.
TRANSFER OF IMAGE RIGHTS

Participants
accept, in the event of winning the prize draw and benefiting from it, the
publication of photos of the awarding of the prize in the shop.

Accordingly,
the winners authorise Ysabel Mora to reproduce, use and disseminate their name,
address, brand or trade name and image in any advertising and/or promotional
material related to this prize draw, all in any medium, including on the
Internet, to publish their photograph and text on the company's website and
social profiles, without such activities conferring them any right to any
remuneration or benefit, with the exception of the awarding of the prize won
pursuant to these terms and conditions.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal
data provided throughout the prize draw will be processed by AIMSA GRUPO
TEXTIL, SL in its capacity as data controller for the following purposes:

in the case of the winners, the data will also be used for the following

The
data will be processed on the basis of the legitimacy granted by the consent
given by each of the participants to be able to duly carry out the prize draw.

is worth noting that the personal data of the participants will not be provided
to any third party, with the exception of the winners' data, which will be made
available to any user who accesses the company's social media profiles, as well
as to the other companies providing the prizes included in this promotion.

it is worth noting that all participants may exercise their rights granted by
data protection regulations, such as the right of access, erasure, limitation

to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The
company reserves the right to remove from the promotion with just cause any participant
who defrauds, tampers or disrupts the proper functioning of the promotion, and
to take legal action against those who engage in any form of fraud.

The
company will not be liable for any damages of any kind that may arise from the
temporary lack of availability or continuity of the functioning of the services
through which the participants take part in the promotion, including but not
limited to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation
responses over the Internet, or telephone communications provided for this
purpose. The company will also not be liable for cases of force majeure that
may prevent the winner from fully or partially benefiting from his or her
prize.

Lastly,
the company is not liable for any possible losses, theft, delays or any other
circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the running of this
prize draw, nor are we liable for any use that the Participant may make of the
prize that he/she obtains from the prize draw. We are not liable in cases of
force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the prize draw
from taking place or the full or partial benefit of the prize.

AMENDMENTS AND ACCEPTANCE

We
reserve the right to amend or extend these Terms and Conditions insofar as it
does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the Participants in the prize
draw. By simply entering the prize draw, the Participant fully accepts the
provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

9.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The
interpretation and breaching of these Terms and Conditions is governed by
Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfilment of these
Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the Courts of the city of Valencia.
